The Church wanted to have a way to reach out to the community to let them know what was going on in the area and at the church along with information about the church. They also wanted a way to have the events that was going on at the church at their fingertips no matter where they were they knew what was coming up. Also, they wanted a way to keep up with the committees and the members. This gives those interested in the church a way to keep up on what is happening.
